Qualifications:
· Must have NYS certification for PCA & HHA's
· Must be fully vaccinated against Covid19
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Meets health state requirements
· Recent physical
· 2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Blood Test
· Two References (1 Professional, 1 Personal)
· Positive and compassionate attitude
Responsibilities
· Must be able to read patient's care plan
· Observes and monitors changes in patient condition
· Maintain healthful, safe environment.
· Provide nutritional and environmental support.
· Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.
· Provide medication reminders
